Just a top selection for a cursory stop in Portadown with value for money. The lane leading to the accommodation was quite an adventure, but it added to the charm. Make sure to ask about breakfast payment methods beforehand.

Recommended for a peaceful getaway
The room I stayed in was simply massive and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like heaven after a long day, and even had an Xbox for some late-night gaming, a fantastic touch that I didn't expect.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but with what you get, it felt worth it.

The scenery from my room at Bailey's Court was stunning, overlooking the peaceful countryside. Parking was easy, and the location off the main road made it quiet. Julie, our host, welcomed us warmly and showed us to a bright, spacious Deluxe Family Room. The beds were comfy, and there were tea and coffee facilities provided, which were a nice touch. Breakfast was made to order by Julie, and it was delicious. I felt very welcomed throughout my stay. the TV had no signal for both my son and me as we wanted to watch a movie together. reaching the guest house by public transport can be tricky on weekends. The walk to Portadown train station took about an hour, and a sign on the main road could be helpful for taxi drivers. Despite these minor inconveniences, it’s a hidden gem, with lovely views and helpful staff. I would stay again.

The room was clean and hygienic, featuring a modern bathroom that offered a pleasant stay. Breakfast service was impressively quick, and the variety included a well-loved egg station. The Italian dishes nearby were a game changer, especially that homemade pasta joint! Loved the lovely staff and a breakfast second to none—chef’s kiss! the rooms were pristine and well-kept.
Had a cheeky annoyance with noise from a rowdy bunch, but Julie supplied earplugs to help us chill. A wee signpost to the entrance would’ve been a help too.
